Grab any eyeshadow in matte that you have and add only 1/2 drops of micellar water to it to make it creamy in the consistency for a more seamless application. Now simply use an angled brush or a tip brush to line your lips using the mix.
CONTOUR ( CREAM ) -
Just as we have mentioned for the eyeshadows, you can also use your cream contour to outline the lips. A cream contour, is easier to apply.
