Can I Return a Used Product?

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on used products. For hygiene and safety reasons, any product that has been opened or used cannot be returned or refunded.

If you receive a product that you do not like due to its shade or color, we regret to inform you that we cannot process returns or refunds for products based solely on personal preference.

How to Determine if an Item is Eligible for Return

  • Final Sale Items: All sales on clearance items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
  • Damaged Products: If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving it. We will guide you through the return process.
  • Used Products: Any product that has been used, even once, is not eligible for return or refund.
  • Changed Your Mind: We do not accept returns for products based on personal preference regarding shade, fragrance, or other reasons.
  • Skin Reactions: If you experience skin irritation from a product, we cannot offer exchanges or refunds. We recommend conducting a patch test before full use. Ingredient lists are available on each product page for your reference.

How Do I Return an Item?

If your item is eligible for return due to damage upon arrival, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact Us: Email us at help@lfactorcosmetics.com with your order ID and reason for the return.
  2. Prepare for Pickup: We will arrange a pickup from the address where the product was shipped. Ensure the item is in its original packaging and sealed properly.
  3. Inspection Process: Once we receive the returned item at our warehouse, it will be inspected. If it meets our return criteria, we will process your refund.

What If I Receive a Damaged Product?

If you receive a damaged product, please reach out to us at help@lfactorcosmetics.com within 24 hours of delivery. We will assist you in resolving the issue. Please note that exchanges for damaged products will only be provided for the same item purchased; changes in shade or product type cannot be accommodated.

Refund Processing

For prepaid orders, refunds will be credited back to your original payment method within 7 days after approval. For cash-on-delivery (COD) orders, refunds will be processed via UPI once we receive your payment details.

Please keep in mind that only the cost of the product is refundable. Shipping fees, COD charges, and any additional costs may be deducted from your refund.

How Long Will It Take to Process My Return?

Typically, it takes about 10-15 business days to process your return and issue a refund or replacement.

Can I Request an Exchange?
