Returns & Refunds
We hope you love your L Factor New York products, but if for any reason you are not completely satisfied, we offer a 4-day return policy. You can return any item purchased on our website within 4 days of the delivery date. Here’s how:
- Contact our customer service team at email@example.com and provide your order number, the name of the item you wish to return, and the reason for the return.
- Follow all the instructions that our customer care executive will tell you.
Please note that the following conditions apply while requesting a return:
- Only items purchased on our website can be returned. Items purchased from other retailers must be returned to the original place of purchase.
- We accept return request if you received a product in a physically damaged condition or a wrong order has been received
- Items must be returned in their original condition, with all seals and packaging intact.
- We do not accept returns of used, opened, or damaged products, unless the product is defective or damaged during transit.
- We do not accept returns of gift cards, samples, or promotional items.
- We reserve the right to refuse any return that does not comply with our policy.
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 7-14 business days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method.
For COD returns, once you, the customer, asks for a refund, we will obtain the bank details and do a transfer, and share the details. It will be on one to one basis.
Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and explain why you want to cancel your order while it is still pending. We cannot accept cancellation requests once the order is processed.
Once an item is cancelled, the refund amount will be processed within 7-14 business days to the original source of payment.
